Boasting five unique tropical mountain biking regions to explore, Cairns & Great Barrier Reef has hundreds of kilometres of trails suitable for riders of every skill level.

Smithfield Mountain Bike Trail Park has 60km of trails sculpted into the rainforest. These range from gateway trails designed to entice beginners through to intermediate and technically advanced trails for the enthusiast.

Atherton Forest Mountain Bike Park has an exciting network of mountain biking trails with beginner and intermediate options. Around this area are diverse mountain bike trails allowing you to explore national parks and forestry land taking in waterfalls and lakes.

Near Mareeba is the Davies Creek Trail Network, a Tropical North Queensland wilderness experience only a 40 minute drive from Cairns but a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Here you can end your ride with a cool swim in Davies Creek.

The Cassowary Coast boasts mountain bike trails through shady rainforest with beautiful creek crossings or head to the Port Douglas & Daintree region where the famous Bump Track takes you from the hinterland to the coast to ride on spectacular Four Mile Beach at Port Douglas.
